Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing:
- Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Create, curate, and publish high-quality multimedia content, including posts, videos, photography, and stories that reflect our brand’s values.
- Record and edit videos using tools like OpenShot and Clipchamp; capture and edit event photos.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and monitor engagement to foster meaningful interaction with followers.
- Use analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for improved reach and engagement.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, compliance standards, and industry regulations.
Special Event Coordination:
- Plan, organize, and execute community events, client appreciation activities, and promotional campaigns that align with marketing goals.
- Collaborate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure events are executed smoothly, on time, and within budget.
- Manage event logistics including registration, promotion, on-site coordination, photography, and post-event follow-up.
- Prepare post-event summaries and reports to evaluate outcomes and engagement impact.
- Ensure all event communications and materials meet compliance and branding standards.
Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:
- Collaborate with the Compliance team to ensure all marketing materials and events meet industry standards.
- Review and gain necessary approvals for promotional content before publication.
- Maintain accuracy and transparency in all event and social media-related communications.
Qualifications:
- Skills:
- Proven ability to create and manage engaging social media content.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- A self-starter who thrives on creativity, initiative, and independent work.
- Comfortable balancing creative storytelling with compliance and brand standards.
- Familiarity with financial or regulated industries is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
- Experience using Canva for graphics and visual design.
- Skilled in video recording and editing using OpenShot Video Editor and Clipchamp.
- Knowledge of photography and videography techniques for digital storytelling.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, or similar tools to measure engagement and performance.
Work Schedule and Flexibility:
- Flexible scheduling.
- Occasional travel required for local or regional events.
- Availability for evening or weekend hours may be necessary for special events.
