We all have habitual patterns for how we sit, stand, move, breathe, and respond to tension or disturbance in our lives, both physically and emotionally. During this 90-minute workshop you will become more aware of these habitual patterns and discover for yourself how to create more ease for yourself at work, at home, and in any situations where you experience stress.
This workshop will help you:
• Learn simple practices, Ease Keys, to align with wellness.
• Discover how to set a strong foundation for your torso, heart, lungs, and brain.
• Access the restorative power of your breath.
• Recognize and address the impacts of seated posture on health, learning, and life.
• Get more circulation, oxygen, and energy to your brain and other vital organs.
