Zumba Gold for Seniors
Kari Langkamp will be providing a Zumba Gold exercise class for seniors and individuals with low mobility.
Please wear clothing that you can move comfortably in. Bringing a water bottle is also recommended.
This class is free to attend. It is open to adults.
